1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and RewindGit Operations ("we", "us", or "our"), operating the software platform RewindGit (accessible at rewindgit.com). By accessing or using RewindGit, purchasing credits, or connecting your GitHub profile, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of SaaS Services

RewindGit provides automated software engineering workspace generation tools powered by artificial intelligence. Our services include:

• Automated synthesis of multi-tier software projects (React, Node.js, Python, Go, SQLite).
• Sandboxed compilation, unit testing, and runtime verification in cloud containers.
• Construction of realistic, chronological Git commit histories and persona-driven messages.
• Direct publishing to the user's authorized GitHub repositories.

3. User Eligibility & GitHub Authorization

To utilize RewindGit, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent. You grant RewindGit authorized OAuth access to your GitHub account under the requested scopes (such as repo) strictly for the purpose of creating requested project repositories and pushing generated source files and commit histories. We never access, alter, or delete any of your pre-existing private repositories without your explicit command.

4. Pricing, Payments & Razorpay Gateway

All fees and credit package prices are listed transparently on our Pricing Page in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

• Payments on RewindGit are processed securely through our authorized payment aggregator, Razorpay.
• We do not collect, store, or process your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or Net Banking credentials on our servers. All transaction details are tokenized and protected under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance by Razorpay.
• Upon successful payment completion, your purchased credits are credited to your account dashboard immediately.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed strictly by our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy. Unused credit packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Once credits have been utilized to generate repositories, the service is deemed fulfilled and non-refundable, except in the event of an unresolved technical system failure.

6. Intellectual Property & Generated Code

You retain full ownership and rights over the repositories created under your GitHub account. All AI-generated code is provided on an "as-is" basis under permissive open-source terms (such as MIT License). You are encouraged to review, test, and understand all generated code before deploying it in any production or commercial environment.

7. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You expressly agree not to:

• Use RewindGit to generate malicious code, spyware, malware, or phishing applications.
• Circumvent, abuse, or reverse-engineer our rate limiters, sandbox environments, or security tokens.
• Violate GitHub's Acceptable Use Policies or Terms of Service.
• Engage in fraudulent payment chargebacks or unauthorized payment method usage.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RewindGit, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to RewindGit in the preceding three (3) months.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of RewindGit shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haryana, India.
